Bob Pangali

I am originally from Berkshire and I qualified as a dentist from Kings College London University in 1998. I spent two and a half years working in London, both in NHS and private clinics, developing my clinical skills.

Following this I moved to Jersey to work in the General Hospital in February 2001 where I initially worked in the community department treating children, followed by a short stint in the oral surgery department and then finally in the orthodontics department where I spent 12 years treating children as a clinical assistant alongside the consultant.

In August 2002 I set up @smile dental clinic, offering private family and cosmetic dentistry in Jersey. Together with the team, I am interested in helping patients, children and adults, have the beautiful smile they have always wanted.

I particularly enjoy cosmetic orthodontics and multi-disciplinary care, often combining orthodontics, cosmetic treatments and implants. We liaise closely with the orthodontic consultants and the other departments at the hospital for complex treatments and refer where necessary. Due to a shoulder injury my clinical time is reduced now with much of my time spent working with the clinicians and team as well as helping patients whenever required.  I am always available to help so please don’t hesitate to contact me if I can ever be of assistance.

Outside of work, my wife and I are learning the joys of parenthood having been blessed with two children. Otherwise, when I have time, I love a spot of fishing, exercise  and long walks.
