If you have any questions or would like to book an appointment, simply call our practice and you can speak to our lovely reception team on 01534 745467. Alternatively, you are welcome to pop in and see us. All information is kept in the strictest confidence and will not be shared.

Disabled access
We welcome people with disabilities or mobility difficulties. Our practice is on the ground floor and there is no step into reception or the surgeries. We also have wider opening doors and disabled toilets.

Parking
There is a large paid for car park just around the corner from our practice, Patriotic Street car park.

Emergency care
We offer same day emergency appointments – guaranteed. We also offer early and late appointments and if you require an emergency care outside of our surgeryhours, please call the practice and our answerphone message will provide details of our on-call dentist.

We welcome constructive feedback, whether good or bad, and are always looking for ways to improve, so please let us know what you think of our service. You can do this by:

We will acknowledge your complaint or concern within three working days of receipt, and we will investigate your complaint within ten working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, please contact The Dental Complaints organisation.
