We welcome people with disabilities or mobility difficulties. Our practice is on the ground floor and there is no step into reception or the surgeries. We also have wider opening doors and disabled toilets.
There is a large paid for car park just around the corner from our practice.
We offer same day emergency appointments – guaranteed. We also offer early and late appointments and if you require an emergency care outside of our surgery hours, please call the practice and our answerphone message will provide details of our on-call dentist.
Feedback & complaints
We welcome constructive feedback, whether good or bad, and are always looking for ways to improve, so please let us know what you think of our service. You can do this by:
— speaking directly to our practice manager, Kate Munns
— arranging an appointment with Ms Munns or the dentist in order to discuss your concerns
— emailing us through our contact form

We will acknowledge your complaint or concern within three working days of receipt and we will investigate your complaint within ten working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, please contact The Dental Complaints organisation.
